About 3 months back, my 60 year old mother, received bone marrow transplant for her AML. Our doctors asked us to urgently locate blood donors to compensate her very low platelets levels. In such a desperate situation in a new city where we were not aware of people around who can donate, it became impossible until we got the help from Ankit Shekhawat, a very energising and promising young lad who is associated with TVI Help Foundation a NGO, which has emerged as strong group of individual in blood donation and other social activity.
Ankit, who voluntarily donated platelets on two occasion and was so helpful.
TVI Help were blessing in disguise and I’m thankful to them for their whole hearted support.
